Enrico Prati

Enrico Prati (1974) is permanent research scientist of CNR and Scholar Fellow of Waseda University Tokyo. He received the Laurea Degree in Theoretical Physics in 1998 and the PhD in Physics on semiconductors in 2002 at the University of Pisa. He collaborated with Italian Internet Registration Authority. He developed single atom transistors (Nature Nanotechnoloy 2012) and he is working on quantum devices for biologically inspired artificial neurons and intelligence. He has been panelist of ITRS in 2013 and Keynote Speaker at IEDM in 2014. He organizes the DICE conference on quantum mechanics.
